The Winery was founded in 1974 by Athanassios Parparoussis oenologist.
Winery’s premises, is at the family estate at Bozaitika of Patras, Peloponnese, where the vinification, maturity, ageing and bottling takes place. New French oak barrels are used for the ageing and maturity.
The beauty of tradition that passes from generation to generation is on a bottle from Parparoussis winery, TAOS 2005. The winemaker Thanassis Parparousis, with dad and uncle winemakers, is currently working with his daughters Dimitra and Erifyli.
